Vocational Training Council has open a job vacancy for the domicile of and surrounding areas as term / part-time executive assistant ii (project support) with full time & permanent work system which will then be placed in our company office.

The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of School Certificate and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of .

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Major Duties:
(a) To provide support in one or more of the following areas:
      (i)     general and office administration;
      (ii)     finance, supplies and store administration;
      (ii)     logistics support for meetings, events and activities;
      (iv)     filing, and data entry; and
      (v)     promotion & publicity activities and committee work.
(b) To assist in website maintenance and prepare promotional materials;
(c) To draft simple correspondence; and
(d) To handle enquiries and provide counter services.
Requirements:
(a)     (i)     5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
      (ii)     A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects, and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR
      (ii)     A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate, or Project Yi Jin;
*     Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.
(b) High proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
(c) Knowledge in graphic and multimedia design, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, UX Design and developing digital content, would be an added advantage;
(d) Good command of Chinese and English, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua;
(f) Good work initiative, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
(g) Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and
(h) Preferably with relevant work experience.
Notes:
(1) Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend a Computer Skills Test (CST) including document formatting, English and Chinese typing, and use of spreadsheet.
(2) The appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours or outside normal office hours as necessary.
