The appointee will be required to:

  1. perform a wide range of office management functions to ensure effective, efficient and timely delivery of services, including day-to-day administrative operations;
  2. provide secretarial support to committees, boards and working groups by taking minutes, drafting papers, preparing statistics and compiling reports;
  3. supervise junior administrative staff; and
  4. carry out any other duties as assigned.


Applicants should:

  1. possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience preferably gained in the tertiary education sector;
  2. have the ability to perform multi-tasks and work independently;
  3. be self-motivated with positive work attitude and have good team spirit;
  4. possess good planning, problem-solving, interpersonal and organization skills; and
  5. have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
