We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Technical Specialist. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
– Provide helpdesk support and technical services
– Perform daily Server / LAN operation and maintenance job
– Assist in enhance and trobleshoot LAN / WAN infrastructure
– Perform IT tasks such as network and server administration and support, system checking, backup and report generation
– Self motivated and able to work independently and able to work under pressure
– Outdoor work is required occasionally
Requirements:
– Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above
– 2 -3 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting
– Experience relevant working experience in IT industry in Microsoft platform (Windows Server, Windows Exchange Server)
– Experience in Web Server and Firwall preferred
– Competent in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Outlook is a MUST
– Experience in network security such Firewall setting, VPN, Intruder Detection, Anti-Virus and Anti-Spamming, etc
– Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions is an advantage
– Knowledge with Linux will be added advantage
– Self motivated and able to work independently and able to work under pressure
– Good interpersonal and communication skills with end users
– Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese
– Immediately available preferred
