Sourcing & Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:
l Responsible for on-time material supplies and control the provisions in good quality
l Manage suppliers’ portfolio and evaluate the performance of suppliers
l Monitoring and managing the subordinates in material sourcing/purchasing
l Price negotiation with suppliers and vendors
l Identify the bottleneck of supply chain and work out the solutions
Requirements:
l Degree holder or diploma in Purchasing & Supply Management or related disciplines
l Over 10 years experience in sourcing and purchasing in electronics manufacturing sector
l Good negotiation and communication skills with suppliers/vendors on pricing, and good connection & relationship with suppliers/vendors
l Solid experience in PRC factory environment is advantageous
l Familiar with procurement of various materials including but not limited to elect/mech parts
l Able to lead and motivate a team of staffs mixed with HK and China subordinates
l Stationed in Dongguan plant is a must.
