Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service reception counter.
- Schedule appointments with customers for vehicle repairs & maintenance.
- Promote the company image through keeping up personal grooming and a pleasant atmosphere in reception area.
- Prepare and compile daily and monthly report, prepare purchase order and review daily booking record.
- Liaise and coordinate with staff of other sections within Service and Parts Division for provision of high standard of repair and maintenance service to customers.
- Maintain sufficient workforce at reception and provide professional advice to customers regarding vehicle repairs & maintenance.
- Prepare price quotation and estimate delivery time based on Corrective Mechanical Report (CMR).
- Monitor the work progress of vehicle service in liaison with Workshop Control.
- Answer all incoming enquiries from customers with courtesy.
- Prepare service documentation of discharge of customer vehicle after servicing.
- Carry out pre-delivery quality check on customer vehicle after servicing.
- Ensure that full payments are made by customers upon discharge of vehicle after servicing.
- Keep close contact with customers through post-servicing follow up calls so as to ensure that quality service standards are achieved.
- Maintain good relationship with customers and ensure that all customer complaints are handled and resolved promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Higher Diploma or above
- 5 years’ relevant working experience of which at least 2 years at supervisory level
- Good communication and CS skills is a must
- Excellent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Holder of valid driving license No. 1 & 2 is preferred
- Knowledge of computer is essential
