Others – China Jobs Senior Project Manager / Project Manager (stationed In Dongguan) Position at Asahi Group Company Limited

Responsibilities:

–      Lead and manage the production program from proposal to production stage, including product engineering, quality control etc to fulfill customers’ demand.

–       Build a master plan to monitor the project milestone and make sure the project ramp up smoothly

–       Effectively communicate and coordinate between various parties

–       Monitoring project risk and take preventive and corrective actions

–       Perform project analysis and feasibility study

–       Stationed in our Dongguan manufacturing plant to oversee the assigned projects

Requirements:
–       Degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines

–       Min. 5-8 years of experience in project/program management in manufacturing industry in China

–       Familiar with the characteristics of precision metal and its related manufacturing process

–       Solid knowledge of operation, production process, quality control, manufacturing technologies

–       Strong leadership, communication skills, presentation, problem solving skills, analytical skills and opened mind

–       Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

–       Competence in project management and negotiation skills

–       Able to work under pressure

–       Good knowledge in MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese WP

–       Principally stationed in Dongguan China manufacturing plant

–       Candidates will be offered higher position depending on qualifications and experience
