- Be responsible for administering full range of general office services which include but not limited to office and IT hardware procurement, fixed asset record management, office furniture and equipment maintenance, vendor management and office cleanliness
- Administer payment / reimbursement / budget allocation in relation to the tasks and answer any enquiries arise
- Compile and generate regular and ad hoc reports, such as Budget Control & Expenses Report and Vendor Management List
- Assist Head of HR in reviewing, maintaining and renewal of the office service agreements including but not limited to the tenancy agreement and equipment service contracts
- Assist in organizing staff activities such as Christmas Party and Staff Engagement events
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the department head
Qualifications:
- Over 4 years of office administration or human resources experience gained in multinational companies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Customer oriented and problem solving mindset
- Well organized and attentive to details
- Good computer skills in MS office and Chinese word processing
