Responsibilities
- Responsible for operation of the reception counter and maintain a good relationship with customers
- Assist guests in checking in / out process
Qualifications
- A certificate or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Knowledge of Opera System is preferred
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills are added advantages
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Front Desk Officer
