- Oversees all aspects of financial accounting of Group Accounts including all financial & general accounting and taxation functions;
- Prepares and reviews all financial information for the Board / Management, Interim and Annual reports and ensure all statutory and regulatory rules are complied with;
- Support corporate finance initiatives including M&A, financial advisory and debt financing activities; and
- Assist in ad-hoc project(s) when assigned.
- Bachelor degree with professional qualifications in HKICPA or equivalent;
- Over 8 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting environments (previous experience in real estates industry is preferred) with managerial experience;
- Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills; and
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
