- 負責為各大安老院舍、社福機構及私人客戶作配對服務，預約本公司旗下醫護人員的服務日期和時間
- 處理客戶更期的需要，緊急事故的調動安排
- 採取積極及正面的態度處理及解決客戶問題
- 與客戶和內部各方保持有效的溝通，以達專業服務水平
資歷要求：
- 中五程度或以上
- 擁有4年工作經驗或熱線中心工作經驗
- 具有良好電話應對技巧，解決問題能力和溝通能力
- 有禮貌、耐心、主動、成熟，以客戶服務作主導
- 一般英語及粵語、懂中、英文輸入法
- 實行輪更制度措施
- 能在工作壓力及節奏快速的環境下工作
- 可即時上班者及擁有熱線中心工作經驗優先考慮
- 經驗較少者可獲考慮聘用客戶服務主任
工作地點：荔枝角中心商業中心地帶
定期員工評核工作已滿6/12個月之員工，評估薪金水平
