However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Responsibilities:

  • Assist CRM Manager in developing and implementing CRM campaigns to deliver increased purchase frequency & acquisition rate to meet business objectives including but not limited to data extraction, member segmentation, data flow integration, campaign idea generation, campaign execution and post analysis
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure a seamless, optimised customer journey experience
  • Analyse the campaign effectiveness in terms of the members’ acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Manage designated brands of CRM functions and work closely with internal teams to implement CRM promotions or lifecycle communications to grow the base & nurture customer engagements
  • Participate in the Jebsen Consumer Official website development and enhancement
  • Keep abreast of the market trend and best practices in CRM, data management and customer behaviour
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2-year experience in Customer Relationship Management/ Loyalty programme
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-mind; Able to work under pressure and result-driven with good time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; Eexperience in setting up and executing CRM campaigns in eMarsys or similar CRM tool preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Relationship Management Executive
