We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

The Role

This exciting role sits within the Sales Operations Team at JobsDB Hong Kong reporting to the Head of Operations, the Senior/Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in contributing to SEEK’s Sales Operations Growth development. The role requires the successful candidate with strong executional skills and leadership skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Growth, Marketing, Product and Technology team to ensure the excellent operations on supporting core and new business verticals. This role is also responsible for managing a team to ensure that team members are properly trained, supervised, and motivated to perform their duties.

  • Manage sales operations and administration work, including overseeing the processing of new and core business, renewals, and policy endorsements, as well as managing the account statuses of new and existing distribution partners
  • Monitor sales operations and administration work and provide management update on sales activities, including reporting, sales progress and presentations, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and other departments to grow business effectively
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for sales administration in line with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Identify areas and lead the changes for process and efficiency improvement on Sales Operations and Administration scope
  • Responsible for sales data management and accuracy
  • Drive sales and CRM management system implementation
  • Collaborate with the HR, Finance and Analytics department to ensure accurate and timely premium collection and payment processing, as well as commissions remittance processing.
  • Project manage other strategic commercial and operations, e.g. Job Ad Aggregation


So, what we are looking for?

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor holder or above
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales operations and administration, with minimum 2 years of supervision experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
  • High proficiency in MS Office, English and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
