Core Job Responsibilities
- Greet & Meet with the parents and answer their questions
- Answer the phone and be able to handle basic level of communications independently
- Support all aspects of day-to-day campus operations including billing, compliance, facilities maintenance, ordering, etc.
- Assist on student’s arrival and departure
- Cooperate with the Head of School on all admin works
- Utilize school management systems to maintain detailed notes on each prospective and enrolled family to ensure highly customized service is provided
- Arrange the parents’ visit to the school
- Assist Head of School on school’s events and fairs
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of School
Work Location : Clearwater Bay or Discovery Bay
Working hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm
Skills & Requirements
- College degree or above, fresh graduates are welcomed
- Proficient in office software and able to fast adapt on different systems
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication
- Detail-oriented, earnest, and excellent communication skill
- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese
