Responsibilities
- Responsible for Business Development
- Monitor the cost of sales & profitability
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
Requirement
- Diploma holder or higher education
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in retail industry, including 3 years in sales managerial positions
- Proactive, energetic, agile, independent, well-organized and attentive to details
- Good communication and written skills in Chinese ,English and Mandarin
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with more experience may consider as senior position
