We are hiring! We offer a competitive monthly base salary from HK$14,000 - HK$43,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

My client is a local leading hardware supply and trading company. Under the new generation of leadership, the business is expanding rapidly and as a result, the company is actively seeking to hire new members to support this growth. They are currently searching for a Sales Coordinator to work closely with and support team operations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can work autonomously, and enjoys taking charge of procedures to support the business.
- Support and follow through all sales coordination and administration
- Work closely with the sales team and communicate with the clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise with the logistics team on the delivery arrangements and ensure timely delivery of products
- Handle the daily documents and sale records
- Issue the invoices in accordance with the purchase orders
- Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese) is required
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Understanding of sales and logistics processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly in Excel and Word
