Tuen Mun Area Jobs Sales Administrator Position at Vitasoy International Holdings Ltd

• Lead a small team to achieve the assigned tasks and improve the team performance through process streamlining
• Work closely with other sections/departments to ensure smooth and efficient coordination with the whole Sales Administration Section                     
• Assist in preparing various sales analysis reports and administrative documents
• Coordinate with related parties to ensure smooth stock supply for sales products & equipment
• Perform accurate, efficient maintenance, efficient storage and retrieval of master records / documents including customer records and staff attendance records etc. 
• Provide prompt and appropriate response to customer enquiry 
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma or above, with min. 2 years’ relevant working experience in supervision level, gained from sizable company in FMCG industry is preferred 
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Well-organized, details-minded with good analytical and numerical skill
• Proficiency in PC knowledge, particularly in word processing and spreadsheets
• A good team player and able to work independently under pressure
