A fantastic opportunity for a Sale Administrator to join a well-established institution. They are now seeking new talent to be a part of their evolutionary process and digital transformation.

Our client is a member of CORNES Group with worldwide presence, has been established since 1980. She is one of the leading industrial material and equipment providers in Asia. Currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Customer Service team to following up the customer orders.


  • Perform the order-processing in ERP System.
  • Responsible for following up the customer orders.
  • Coordinate with foreign and China suppliers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Support Sales team for daily sales activities.
  • Prepare shipping documents.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.


  • Degree holder or above.
  • With 1 – 2 years of experience in order processing will be an advantage.
  • Strong sense of responsibility with good communication skill.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing is a must.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese Languages.
  • Proficient in both spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates will be welcomed.
