Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient leasing administrative support in tendering process, document preparation, letter correspondences, record management, etc.
- Provide support in daily operation including meeting coordination, permit applications, site inspections, etc.
- Perform daily property management duties including monitoring of licensees’ performances, reports compilation, enquiries handling, etc.
- Assist in market studies and preparation of showsuites and marketing collaterals for Terminal 2/ Terminal 2 Concourse retail portfolio
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Adminstration, Property Management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sizeable organizations
- A good team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
