We can offer you a salary that is generally between HK$14,000 - HK$43,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Reporting to the Regional Head of HR Asia Pacific, the incumbent will be responsible for providing a full range of secretarial support to the Asia Office including but not limited to manage senior executives’ business travel arrangement, meeting arrangement, drafting meeting reports and presentations and day-to-day office management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support in Asia Office in various functional areas, business projects and daily operations
- Responsible for arranging and coordinating appointments and meetings, travel itineraries, trip and expenses reports filing and all administrative needs in Asia Office
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials and other business documents; and manage effective filling system
- Provide office administration supports including but not limited to office supplies and office equipment maintenance, new joiners’ office setup, stationary ordering and inventory control
- Liaise and coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate communication and maintain smooth and effective operation in Asia Office
- Assist in the logistics arrangement for annual conference and meetings in Asia Office
- Assist in other regular or ad hoc projects and assignments
- Post-secondary education and above, university graduate preferred
- Minimum 5 years of secretarial / administrative experience, with experience in regional office and/or serving senior level is preferable
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Mature, responsible, well-organized and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word-processing
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
