Candidates who are domiciled in Admiralty and its surroundings and meet these following minimum criteria:

The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

- Offer warm welcome to members and visitors at the Front Desk;
- Coordinate activities of the Front Desk ensuring members and guests receive prompt and professional attention including but not limited to greeting members/visitors, answering inquiries’, handling phone calls;
- Send and receive company mails, newspapers, magazines, faxes and other items, and manage registration and distribution duties in a professional manner;
- Manage internal documents sending, receiving, circulating, printing, binding and other administrative work; Perform meeting room usage management (including but not limited to the storage and use of projectors, video conferencing systems, conference phones)
- Assist in secretarial / administrative duties;
- Perform ad-hoc assignments.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in the hospitality industry / customer service;
- Experience in co-working space /customer service is an advantage;
- Pleasant and attention to details;
- Excellent manner, pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
