Responsibilities

Receptionist Duties

  • Perform general reception duties including handling incoming calls, greeting customers in professional manner, courier arrangement, managing tidiness of the reception & common area; Handle incoming and outgoing mails
  • Maintain pantry and conference rooms at professional standard.
  • Handle enquiries from staff and provide immediate follow up actions
  • Back up tea lady when necessary

Administrative Duties

  • Perform general administrative duties such as procurement of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment
  • Assist in coordinating the procurement process, from getting quotations, issuing purchase order, processing invoice and payment etc.
  • Handle staff business travel arrangements including flight ticket, accommodation, limousine booking, and visa application, etc.
  • Support in organizing company activities and events
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Matriculated, DSE or above with 4 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Punctual, excellent customer service skill
  • Pleasant, well organized, strong interpersonal skill
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Mature, initiative, self-motivated, attention to details
  • Experience in sizable company or multicultural environment is an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
