We are offering a salary of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Company Description

Our client is a global asset management company with strong presence in Asia. They are looking for an experienced Reception & Admin professional to join their regional team in Hong Kong.


  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate party
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for senior staff
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects as assigned


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
