We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

We are bakery industry in Kwai Ching Area; We are looking for potential person who are experience on Food Manufacturing QA part.
QA Supervisor/ QA Officer (Food Manufacturing)
Responsibilities
-Handling in implement QA management systems with international/ national standards (ISO2200, GMP, HACCP etc)
-Co-ordinate with external parties such as supplier, customer and law enforcement unit for audit
-Maintain regular QA activity to ensure food safety and quality system development
-Maintain and review quality standard and specification
-Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to quality problem
-Conduct internal hygiene and quality inspection
-Support regular QA report and data analysis to identify the trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
-Lead and monitor internal audits relate such as prepare reports and other quality assurance activities
-Assist in staff training and system implementation
-Handle food safety and quality related complaint with customer
-Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
-Diploma level or above in Food Sciences/Food Nutrition /QA Management/ related disciplines
-At least 3 year as QA officer experience in Food Manufacturing /Food industry field
-Strong knowledge of ISO2200, GMP, HACCP or equivalent standards internal audit procedure;
-With third party auditing experience is an advantage
-Detail-minded with multiple-tasking capabilities, good communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in MS Office Excel , Word and Chinese word processing-Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
-Candidate with less experience will be considered as QA Officer
