Our company N&W Group (International) Limited is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Shatin Area and surrounding areas with minimum criteria (N/A) and experienced in the field of , as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of purchasing officer and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Expectations:
- Source and obtain invoices, quotations for supplies and related parties.
- Assist Manager in negotiation with potential group contract suppliers.
- Be responsible for orders, tracking, cost analysis and report preparation.
- Support the team on general administrative work and group wide contracts.
- Monitor Inventory and track implementation progress of corporate procurement contracts at hotels.
- Be responsible for data collection and data analysis.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Quality:
- At least 1-2 years’ working experience in procurement and related industries are preferred.
- Degree in Procurement / Supply Chain / Retail / Business related studies is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel (e.g. Pivot Table) to handle huge database and data analysis.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Effective multi-tasker.
- Good team player.
