However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Accountabilities:
- Provides administration and secretarial support for the department
- Manages database including store information and generate report or factsheet
- Manages and support on certain statutory certificate and licenses applications
- Responsible for all aspects of general bookkeeping including account payable, receivable, reconciliation and all the account recording
- Coordinates projects, events, and major meetings as needed
- Handles general correspondences, establishes and maintains files and records
Professional should:
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Min. 2 years’ relevant experience in sizable organization is preferred
- Fluency in English and Cantonese and good command of English writing
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work under pressure
- Good communication skill and a good team player
