We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Personal Assistant To CEO (Welcome Fresh Graduates). Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and admin support
Handling Director business and private matters
Arrange meetings and schedule for Director
Monitoring daily operation of private jet
Assist in ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above (prefer in Translation or Languages or business disciplines);
Experience in secretarial support ;
Have knowledge of aviation industry;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Willing to travel overseas occasionally;
Responsible, well-organized;
Immediate availability preferred
Fresh graduate are welcome
