The Hong Kong Jockey Club has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Shatin Area and surrounding areas as part-time property assistant (call centre) with part time, temporary & freelance work system which will then be placed in our company office.

The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of .

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

The Department

Our Property Department is committed to provide integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.

The Job

You will

  • handle customer enquiries through telephone
  • provide efficient and courteous customer services
  • be responsible for data update and input in the work system
  • provide administrative support to Property team

About You

You should have

  • have tertiary education and preferably with work experience in property developer and construction field
  • good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • hands-on experience of using MS Office applications

Working Hours:

  • We operate 7 days a week with working hours from 07:30 to 20:00 during non-race days and 07:30 – 00:00 during night race.
  • Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays may be part of rota
  • Part-time staff are required to work not less than 2 days per week.

Working Location:



HK$81 per hour
