Our company The Hong Kong Jockey Club is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Shatin Area and surrounding areas with minimum criteria and experienced in the field of , as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of part-time - membership assistant ii (crm) and be able to work in part time, temporary & freelance system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

The Department

The Membership Services Department plays an essential role in providing co-ordination and administrative support, and amenities to the Club’s 29,00 Members and their families.

Job Duties:

  • To handle CRM cases logging, tracing and monitoring.  The cases include Feedbacks, Incidents and Service Requests
  • To handle basic enquiries according to the Club’s standard policies and procedures as well as handle feedback from Club Members
  • To handle other tasks as assigned by supervisors


  • Form6 or above
  • A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in call centre or servicing industry preferred
  • Proficient in PC skills, including hands-on application of MS office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with typing speeds of 30 wpm (Chinese) and 40 wpm (English)

Working Hours:

Working hours from 09:30 to 18:30.  Staff are required to work at least 2 days per week during Monday to Friday.
