Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing supply chain operation transaction in SAP.
- Work closely with customer’s internal parties such as Sales, Shipping, Planners, QA, and Finance.
- Communicate with suppliers and end-customers and other external parties
- Prepare KPI / measurement report
- Ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Post-secondary or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline;
- 1-2 years working experience, preferable in logistics / supply chain / customer service field; Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience in using ERP / WMS is a plus
- Short notice or immediate available will be an advantage
Working Hours: 08:30am – 5:30pm (3-5 working days per week)
Hourly rates: $90 – 100/hr
