This position requires a part time & contract working hours system which domiciled in Tsing Yi and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from HK$14,000 - HK$43,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operation of accounting team
  • Provide clerical assistance to accounting team such as filing, data entry, scanning etc.
  • Other ad-hoc project as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in related discipline
  • Candidates with relevant experience from Accounting / Finance/ Administration field would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in Excel is a must (Vlookup, Pivot table)
  • Well organized, detail minded, team player and responsible
  • Flexible workdays would be offered to the identified candidate
  • Good command of written English and Chinese is preferred
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
