Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the school together with the operations team
- Organize school activities and events held in-house or outside
- School procurement to support the curriculum and facilities team
- Maintain equipment, teaching resources and supply inventories
- Ensure policies, procedures and regulations are applied consistently and effectively within the school
- Source and work with different service providers to introduce more varied educational programs to the school
- Prepare reports for review and planning by the Operations Manager
- Undertake ad hoc school projects as requested by the Operations Manager
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma holder preferred
- Positive attitude, energetic, good presentation skill
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to adapt and cope with changes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese
- Excellent English and Chinese writing skills
