However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. About Your Role:
- To schedule, dispatch and track service activity of service engineers
- Monitor and optimise work schedule as situations change to maximise attainment of service level agreement
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensue issues are resolved that impact the provision of field services to customers
- Provide, monitor, communicate and distribute relevant operational messages between engineer teams, customers and service partners
- Form 5 / DSE graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- University graduate in Business, Statistics, Analytics, Logistics, or related disciplines will be considered
- Confident in using and learning new computer systems
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management
