Job Overview:

The Operation Coordinator, reporting to the Operation Manager, will play a key role supporting the Operation Manager. This role will work closely with the Operation Manager to execute operations strategies and key initiatives for the international offices. This Operation Coordinator will be a key assist in developing standardized operational processes to drive organizational efficiency and consistency. The position involves providing on-going support in the role of liaison between the international sourcing team and the US sourcing team. A key success factor of this role will be accountability to meet targeted project timelines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • In conjunction with the US sourcing operations team, build effective relationships with cross functional partners, internal stakeholders and external suppliers to produce positive results and champion change
  • Follow up on operational initiatives in support of departmental priorities/goals. This includes maintenance of the Import Documentation Compliance Process, Vendor Relations and operational support to the International Offices (Asia Merchandising Team)
  • Review and analyze current business and system processes with the International Offices (Asia Merchandising Team) to improve process
  • Identify operational trends, strengths and weaknesses within the Supply Chain
  • Partner with International Vendors and 3rd Party Service Providers to improve and maintain and improve processes
  • Handles special projects/assignments as assigned

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of compliance and related documentation
  • Strong planning, organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills
  • Comfortable with data collection, analyzing, and interpreting data
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of PLM and EDI would be beneficial


  • University degree in related major, or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of sourcing or operations experience
  • Good command of both verbal and written English
  • Verbal and written Mandarin preferred
