Our company Cosmos Services Co Ltd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Admiralty and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Degree and experienced in the field of , as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of officer / marketing support assistant (reinsurance/insurance) and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Marketing Support Assistant (Insurance Department)
Responsibilities:

  • To develop and maintain good relationship with potential and current clients
  • To accurately identify client needs and provide professional advice
  • Handle insurance policy administration works and documentation
  • Negotiate with insurers for the best on premium pricing, insurance coverage, terms and conditions
  • Respond in a timely manner to the requests and needs of the client and/or manager
  • Assist Manager to perform marketing activities
  • Perform Ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • University graduate or related subjects in insurance
  • At least 2 years of insurance experience preferably in broking firm
  • With IIQE Paper 1 & 2 qualification will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good communication skills, proactive and willing to take initiative
  • Good Excellent attention to details and high accuracy
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Officer (Reinsurance Department)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the enquiries from Cedants and Reinsurers
  • Treaty account booking
  • Monitor and follow up the outstanding documents and correspondence
  • Support document preparation including Cover Note, Slip, Reinsurance Agreement, Schedule & Addendum..etc
  • Other administration support related to reinsurance business

Requirements: 

  • Diploma holder or above
  • With at least 1-3 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, preferably in broking firm
  • Passed in IIQE Papers 1, 2 & 3 qualification will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills, proactive, willing to take initiative and have marketing sense
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

**Fresh graduates / candidates with less experience will also be considered
