Responsibilities:

– Handel general administrative and Adhoc duties
– Receptionist role and duties
– Support in document preparation and arrangement
– Email correspondence
– Perform daily routine jobs
– Handle courier services/deliveries

Requirements

– F.5 / Fresh Graduate
– 1-2 years working experience, fresh graduate is also considered
– Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
– Proficient in MS office applications such as Word, Excel, etc.,
– Detail minded and accurate manner
– Immediate availability is highly preferable
