Job Description
Responsibilities:
- All round office administration works including but not limited to order office supplies, handle courier services etc.
- Perform reception duties and provide full spectrum of secretarial support in HR & Operation work including but not limited to database management, billing and invoice, outsource and procure management etc.
- Work closely with different teams including finance, IT, logistic to ensure smooth execution of the various duties.
- Perform any ad-hoc sales and marketing projects/events as assigned.
What we expect:
- Degree holder or above, major in Business Administration or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of related administration working experience, fresh graduate are welcomed.
- Analytical, fast-learner, proactive and self-motivated with strong numerical sense and logical thinking.
- Good inter-personal communication skill and time-management;
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent and proficient, able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high accuracy.
- A good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Smart and strong problem solving skills, eager to learn, a positive “can do” attitude, detail-minded.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
