We are offering a salary of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Key Responsibilities:
- Farmer role to maintain and grow the relationships with customers
- Provide administrative support and update sales deck
- Supported by dedicated technical support team to answer technical enquiries to merchant
- Manage customer success and happiness of our merchants
- Answer incoming questions via live chat, email and phone calls, handle customer enquiries
- Handle general enquiries for transactions processing
- Provide effective feedback to the product team to prioritize development tasks and suggest new product features
- Perform other administrative duties pertaining to all marketing and sales activities
- Prepare and present workshop event for our merchants
Qualifications and Skills:
- Min 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B/IT sales or account management/customer success experience.
- Passionate about technology, fintech , payment
- Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral skills and readiness to go the extra mile for our merchants (local languages)
- Highly driven and energetic individuals with a strong willingness to learn
- Independent and driven
- A keen attention to detail
- Analytical thinking/troubleshooting skills
