Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating purchase orders and goods receipts in the SAP system, follow up on payments with suppliers, and coordinate with the finance and accounting team.
- Provide general administrative and clerical duties, including document filing, record management, data input, logistics coordination, and other related tasks.
- Assist with stock management for the marketing premiums.
- Support the marketing team with general secretarial duties, including managing meeting schedules.
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- F.5 / DSE or above
- At least 2-year relevant experiences in general administrative and clerical support
- Experience in SAP system us a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and eager to learn
- Positive with Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure
- Proficient in PC application including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Mature and able to work independently
