We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Logistic Assistant (5 days work with bank holidays). - Assist in planning and implement process of centralized procurement exercise
- Daily order processing and liaison between the factory and Sales/Purchasing Team in the company
- Co-ordinate with Sales and Procurement, logistics functions to ensure order fulfillment, goods delivery to destinations on time and improve customer satisfaction on logistics services
- Keep searching for the best Forwarder who has competitive pricing and services
- Handle declaration of import and export goods
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in Logistic (Inland / Overseas Shipment) and Production Control/Coordination
- Communication skills, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills as a plus
- Numerical sense, logical thinking and business senses as a plus
- Responsible, hard working and able to work under high pressure
- Familiar with MS Office, Windows, Knowing Account System is a plus
- Good in English (both Writing and Speaking), Good in Mandarin and Cantonese
