We are hiring! Job Purpose
Provide clerical support to Legal and Secretarial Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains departmental portal, standard forms and regulatory publication database under supervision of Head of Legal & Secretarial Department.
- Assists in trademark filing and trademark portfolio maintenance under supervision of Head of Legal & Secretarial Department.
- Assists in preparation of budgeting reports, general correspondences and documentation and co-ordination with business unit.
- Manage invoices and billings of Legal & Secretarial Department.
- Provide a full clerical and office support to Legal and Secretarial Department, including filings, coordinate meeting/conference/training arrangement and other general office routines and support any other administrative work as assigned from time to time.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Good command of English and Chinese
