Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Role Purpose:
Our Legal Assistant is responsible for the daily administrative support in our Legal & Compliance Department.
What you will be handling:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Department
- Maintain filing system and database
- Help organize in-house trainings
- Conduct legal research
- Perform ad hoc tasks as being assigned
Talent that we are looking for:
- Well organized and attentive to details
- Willing to learn
- Good interpersonal skills
Experience, knowledge and skills required:
- Higher Diploma or above of any disciplines, Business / Law studies is an advantage
- Secondary graduated with 10+ years relevant work experience will also be considered
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Terms of employment:
- HK$500/day; 7.5 hours per day excluding 1 hour lunch in between
- 1-2 days per week (exclude Saturday / Sunday / public holiday)
- 6-month part-time contract (renewable)
- Exam break and flexi schedule
