Responsibilities
- Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services
- Monitor, maintain, and perform regular test on IT equipment and server
- Responsible for network equipment installation and configuration
- Assist in managing hardware and software inventories
- Perform system administration and management
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above;
- Prefer to have 2-3 years’ relevant experience in IT Related field;
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Infrastructure Configuration (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP);
- Good knowledge in TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology;
- Professional certificate such as H3CNE/CCNA/MCSE/VCITP is an advantage;
- Immediate available is highly preferred;
- Shift-Duty on Sundays must be required
