Job Responsibilities
- Provide IT helpdesk support services for users including trouble-shooting and hardware/software installation
- Responsible for setting up computers, network, telephone system, schedule maintenance, etc.
- Problem solving on IT support issues
- Maintain IT asset and software licensing inventory
- Communicate with users to ensure smooth daily operation
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as instructed by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of solid experience in IT Support
- Responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate who has more experience will be considered as IT Support Specialist
