Our company, Laud Limited is currently opening occasion for those of you who are interested in becoming a part of our company specifically Wan Chai and its surrounding areas. For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Interior Designer and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Our studio is seeking young and talented designers who want to work in a creative and interactive team environment!
- must have a strong sense to visualise design in 3D, and to explain ideas clearly
- must be passionate to design, self-motivated and confident
- have a strong design skill with confidence to provide tasks including sourcing, preparing quotations, setting up different schedules, such as lighting, FF&E, ironmongery etc.
- strong experience with client-facing for private residential project
- excellent communication skills; must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- can prepare working drawings, interior architecture details, help manage and produce drawing packages in AutoCAD
- can interact with suppliers with confidence and coordinate with them to produce bespoke design
- minimum education requirement; degree/diploma in interior design/architecture/environmental design
- work experience; minimum five years’ working experience in residential interiors
- skills requirement; must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, AutoCAD; Sketchup
- ability to use V-Ray/Enscape to produce progress renderings are advantageous
