The Company
Our client is a life insurance, hiring a Senior Customer Service Officer to join the team. They are looking for short notice candidate who have previous insurance CS experience.
The Role
- Handle customer or brokers’ enquiries via phone calls, emails, letters etc.
- Provide customer service in a professional and timely manner
- Collect customer feedback to senior management
- Data maintenance or administrative work for the team
- Build relationships with customers and other related parties
- Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of insurance customer service experience
- Pass IIQE paper 1,3,5
- Excellent telephone manners and presentation
- Good knowledge of insurance products
- Proactive to learn and good team player
- Immediate Available candidates are preferred
