We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Human Resources Officer/Assistant Human Resources Officer. For those of you who live in Causeway Bay and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Chinese Estates Holdings Limited, and able to under a full time & permanent working hours.

As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of with at least Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from HK$14,000 - HK$43,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, staff movement, leave management, compensation & benefits and employee relations
  • Provide end-to-end HR support for our office & site staff and ensure smooth running of day-to-day HR operations
  • Handle all aspects of payroll administration including salary calculation, final payment, cost allocation, salaries tax and MPF administration, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry to HRIS and other related systems and prepare reports on a regular basis
  • Assist in developing and implementation of HRIS
  • Handle ad-hoc projects

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years’ HR generalist experience
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Taxation, MPF regulations and other related legislations
  • Knowledge of employment law, tax regulations and pension scheme in PRC and UK will be an asset
  • Experience/Knowledge in Peoplesoft is an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, willing-to-learn and detail-minded with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
  • Able to work under pressure and with positive attitude towards challenges
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel (included VLOOKUP and Pivot Table) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is preferred

(Less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Human Resources Officer.)
