Job Description:
- Take a proactive role in formulating and implementing human resources initiatives and projects in alignment with business objectives and HR strategic plans.
- Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, C&B, training and development, payroll administration and performance management, etc.
- Manage full responsibility for all-rounded office administration activities such as procurement, facilities repairs and maintenance, vendor management, insurances and contracts renewal, leasing negotiation and renewal etc.
- Develop and execute the human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with PRC HR team for the overall strategy and goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and ensure legal compliance.
- Support the implementation of HRIS project.
- Monitor cost and expenses for all administrative related activities.
- Prepare all HR-related reports, proposals and numerical summary for management review.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or Business Administration or related disciplines.
- 10 years of working experience with at least 3 years in managerial level, experience in F&B industry is essential.
- Significant HR experience in a Generalist capacity; experience in full range of HR & Admin execution & team management is MUST.
- Well versed in HKSAR and PRC Employment Ordinance and other related legislation and practice.
- Hands-on experience in HRIS application is preferable.
- Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Immediate available or short notice is an advantage.
