The Role:
Responsibilities:
- Daily C&B related operations including payroll processing, MPF and leave administration;
- Handle employee benefits enrolment and associated administration, actively engage in benefits program review and renewal;
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferable in sizeable company;
- Experienced in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, taxation law and related legislations;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer.
