We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Kowloon Bay and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as HR & Admin Executive in our business office, Halfords LImited.

We can offer you a salary that is generally between HK$14,000 - HK$43,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Supporting the team as main local contact from HR & Admin department, and act as Secretary to the Sourcing Director; 

HR duties:-
– Support HR & Accounts Manager for all around HR duties, such payment, pension, tax filing etc.
– Responsible for On-boarding such Induction briefing and account creation etc.

Other duties:-
– To manage our HK Office & Company Apartment, such repair, maintenance, decoration etc.
– To arrange company events such X’mas Party, LNY lunch, Sample sales etc.
– As contact point for colleague’s queries
– Responsible for Business Travel arrangement, such flight booking, visa etc.
– Assist Sourcing Director on such meetings, travel & some personal matters.
– Assist HR & Accounts Manager on basic Accounting such prepare payment
– Assist HR & Accounts Manager on basic IT support by following guidance

– At least 3 years solid experience in relevant area
– Good PC knowledge in O365 and MS office
– Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
– Strong communication skills, proactive, positive, helpful with can-do attitude
– Responsible, independent, detail-oriented
