Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Head of Brand & Communications (Wan Chai). The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the overall responsibility of the Head of Brand & Communications is to formulate the branding and communications direction and steer effective and proactive branding and communications functions for the Agency including but not limited to the formulation of communications strategy, issue and event management, media relations engagement, promotion and publications, fundraising and event management for the purpose of building and elevating the Agency’s branding and publicity with key responsibilities highlighted as follows:

Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee and manage the Brand & Communications functions of the Agency;
  • To formulate the strategic planning to strengthen the branding and publicity of the Agency to position the Agency a trustworthy service provider;
  • To steer the implementation of effective communications and engagement programmes, including brand building initiatives, advocacy, publicity campaigns, service storyline, media relations, digital media, promotional collaterals, publications, events, marketing and resources development, donors / partners engagement activities and updates, service unit visiting tour, to achieve long-term stakeholder support and co-operation;
  • To oversee all internal and external communications to ensure unified, consistent, and positive messages to promote to explore and develop sustainable resources to support and develop the Agency’s unique services; and
  • To work closely and support Agency’s executive team to align executive visibility programmes in promotions and interviews; including but not limited to key message creation, media relationship building, agency / service units visits, media tours, contributed articles, and speaking presence.


  • Degree holder or equivalent in corporate communications, public relations, publicity or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience with exposure in commercials/ foundations or NGOs;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) with good bilingual translation and communication capabilities;
  • Creative, passionate, responsible and excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizational skills;
  • Independent and self-motivated in developing both online and offline marketing campaigns to meet the needs of Agency and services;
  • Strong team player with ability to work in collaboration with others to deliver results, and work efficiently under pressure and multi-task oriented; and
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
